FAQs

How many people can come on the retreats, what’s the smallest and biggest groups?

Our retreats are designed for groups of up to 15 people.

Does everyone have to get muddy and do the assault course?
No – Scott can offer alternatives and tailor to your needs.
Can we use the spa facilities?
Absolutely! A fine way to end the day, and is part of our retreat itinerary.
What’s your accessibility policy for the activities?
We’re committed to making our activities inclusive and accessible. Although not all obstacles may be suitable for wheelchair users or people with mobility issues, we encourage participation wherever it’s comfortable and safe. Our assault course, set on hilly grassland that can get muddy, may pose challenges for wheelchair users.

We aim to work with our guests to find accessible obstacles and offer support and alternatives. Our goal is for everyone to have an enjoyable experience, tailored to their abilities.

If you have accessibility concerns, please contact us before your visit. This lets us discuss the course, understand your needs, and plan the best experience for you.

Do you arrange travel?

Yes – we arrange travel within Scotland (excluding flights)
